Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, certain items may be non-returnable (for example, worn jewelry or custom pieces).

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
